Many hobbyists are familiar with the risk: a brief moment of inattention when plugging individual gold-plated pins into the battery can destroy the ESC due to reverse polarity. The HRC9152X offers an extremely convenient solution here: you can simply leave the cable plugged into the battery. This minimises the risk of reverse polarity whilst driving or charging, as you are using a reverse-polarity-protected connector system on the vehicle (such as: XT90, XT60, T-Plug, Tamiya, EC3, EC5 and many more).
